Students hear story of kinship after war

National Park Service ranger Nicole Brown read "Pearl Harbor Warriors: The Bugler, the Pilot, the Friendship" to Pearlridge Elementary School students Friday as part of events commemorating the 71st anniversary of the Japa­nese attack on Pearl Harbor. Sitting next to Brown was Pearl Harbor survivor Sterling Cale, who shared his experiences.
