Inouye's call for Hanabusa puts Democrats on the spot

Black cloth and flowers were placed on Daniel Ino­uye’s desk in the U.S. Senate Chamber on Tuesday, a day after his death. The flowers will be replaced with a lei when it arrives from Hawaii.
