Land surveyor to receive Carnegie Medal for rescuing woman from burning home

Carl Loando, who saved the life of an elderly woman in a wheelchair by pulling her out of a burning Wilhelmina Rise home last year, was named today as one of 18 individuals who will receive the Carnegie Medal.
