Pennsylvania governor to sue NCAA over Penn State sanctions

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett spoke during a news conference after a Penn State Board of Trustees meeting in State College, Pa. Corbett said today he plans to sue the NCAA in federal court over sanctions imposed against Penn State in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky child sexual abuse scandal.
