Judge rejects 'birther' lawsuit targeting Obama

Attorney Orly Taitz, who filed suit to stop the counting of electoral votes in her years-long effort to oust President Barack Obama, was greeted by supporters Thursday outside the federal courthouse in Sacramento, Calif. A judge rejected Taitz's petition for a restraining order to halt the vote count.
