Colorado-based firm assumes management of Maui project

A new manager and owner are being put in place at the former Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences at Kapa­lua Bay, which was developed for $355 million in 2009 on 24 acres in place of the Kapa­lua Bay Hotel.
