Driver dies hitting tow truck protruding onto Pali Highway

Investigators surveyed the mangled remains of a Toyota Yaris following an accident on the Pali Highway that left the Toyota’s driver dead. His wife, a passenger in the car, was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
