Ticket-holders excited to see 'history again'

Mililani native Rachel Sunada, 14, on Saturday signed the guestbook in the Capitol Hill office of Sen. Brian Schatz, D-Hawaii, after picking up tickets to the swearing-in ceremonies with her aunt, Iris Mizokami.
