Iran set to make major upgrade to nuke program, U.N. watchdog says

An Iranian technician worked at the uranium conversion facility just outside the city of Isfahan 255 miles south of the capital Tehran, Iran. The U.N. nuclear agency has told member nations that Iran is poised for a major technological upgrade of its uranium enrichment program, in a document seen today by The Associated Press.
