UH leadership to discuss allegations of mismanagement

Brian Minaai, the University of Hawaii's associate vice president for capital improvements has been accused by a prominent owner of a local engineering firm of wasting potentially millions of dollars in state money through what the engineer called blatant mismanagement of construction projects, including steering contracts to firms operated by friends.
