Gas prices hike upward again

Motorists lined up to buy gas at Costco Gasoline on Alakawa Street on Feb. 12. Average retail gasoline prices in Honolulu have risen 6.7 cents per gallon last week, averaging $4.28 per gallon, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 214 gas outlets in Honolulu.
