Christie signs N.J. Internet gambling bill into law

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie gestured as he gave details on his 2014 state budget in Trenton, N.J. today. Christie delivered his fourth budget proposal before a joint session of the Legislature at the State House during an election year as the state rebounds from the worst natural disaster in its history.
