Snow kills 8 in Japan, including family in car

Kazuyo Miyashita's vehicle is shown buried in the snow along a road in Nakashibetsu, Hokkaido, northern Japan. Kyodo news service says Miyashita and her three children died at a hospital Saturday night of carbon-monoxide poisoning after the vehicle got buried in the snow.
