Honolulu gas prices remain near 2013 high

Motorists lined up to buy gas at Costco Gasoline on Alakawa Street on Feb. 12. Average retail gasoline prices in Honolulu have not moved in the past week, averaging $4.30 per gallon Monday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 214 gas outlets in Honolulu.
