Air Force dedicated 2 Hawaii-based F-22 jets

US Air Force pilot Lt. Col. Harvey Newton and his wife, Becky Newton, right, place lei around Newton's F-22 Raptor at the start of a welcoming ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam today. The jets will be part of the Hawaii Air National Guard.
