» An informational graphic on Page D1 Monday on how to pour a concrete slab included a cutaway view that indicated steel rebar should be placed below a layer of crushed gravel. The rebar is actually supported above the gravel.

» Sen. Robert Byrd served 51 years in the U.S. Senate. A subheadline on Page A1 Tuesday said he had been in office 34 years.

» Developer George Grace Jr. of Save Oahu's Racetrack leases nearly 30 acres from the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands for a proposed racetrack in Kalaeloa. A June 20 article on Page B1 incorrectly reported that the Oahu Motorsports Advisory Council owns 38 acres for the track.
