» Comments made by Native Hawaiian Legal Corp. lawyer David Kimo Frankel about a Hawaii Supreme Court decision on burial sites were erroneously attributed to Chief Justice Ronald Moon in a story and under an accompanying photo of Moon on Page B1 yesterday. Frankel said the ruling tells the Department of Land and Natural Resources that it should give native Hawaiians contested case hearings, explains developers can contest burial council decisions and "underscores" the value of developers conducting archaeological surveys before planning construction. Frankel also said, "Unfortunately, the decision comes too late to keep the ones buried in the ground that should have stayed in the ground," and "hopefully, this won't ever happen again." The online edition has been corrected.

» General contractor Nordic PCL said problems at the Keola Lai condominium were likely caused by termites in the cabinetry installed in the units. A story on Page B1 yesterday omitted that information. The online edition has been corrected.

» Ursula Retherford's last name was spelled incorrectly in a story on Page B6 yesterday. Retherford also was not among those criticizing the city for seeking contributions from a developer for the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation conference and for Pro Bowl-related expenses. The online edition has been corrected.

» To request a medical record order form from the Honolulu Medical Group, write to P.O. Box 37321, Honolulu HI 96837. Yesterday's "Kokua Line" contained an incorrect ZIP code. The online edition has been corrected.
