» Pasha Hawaii Transport Lines is lowering its fuel surcharge 3.75 percentage points, to 21.75 percent from 25.5 percent, effective Sunday. The new surcharge matches similar reductions by rivals Matson Navigation Co. and Horizon Lines Inc. A business brief on Page B6 yesterday had the correct percentage-point decline but gave the surcharge planned by Matson and Horizon for their Guam/Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands trade. The online edition has been corrected.
