Dorothea "Dodee" Charlton, 99, of Honolulu, a retired Liberty House department store buyer, died in Kaiser Medical Center. She was born in Chicago. She is survived by niece Beverly K. Brignall and two grandnephews. Services: 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Waikiki Yacht Club. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Lions Club of Honolulu Foundation, P.O. Box 184, Honolulu, HI 96810. Lions Club or aloha attire.

Robert de Loach, 74, of Kailua, a Windward Community College professor, died in Kailua. He was born in Pahokee County, Fla. He is survived by companion Patricia Siprell; sons Ashley, Akira, Adam and Aaron; daughter Alicia; and seven grandchildren. Services: noon Friday at Windward Community College. Casual attire.

Edward William Deubel, 85, of Honokaa, Hawaii, a U.S. Postal Service letter carrier and an Army veteran, died in Honokaa. He was born in New York. He is survived by son Patric Jason "PJ," daughter Erna D.F., brother Guarino C., sister Saturnina G. "Turning" "Nina" Calbaro and former wife Gloria Florendo. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Priscilla, sons Lloyd and Robert, daughters Melanie Hatori and Jeanine Kaninau, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
