He was born in Binalonan, Pangasinan, Philippines. He is survived by wife Lita; son Manuel Jr.; daughter Flordeliza; stepmother Rita; brothers Jeffrey, Felipe and Avelino; sisters Rosalind Martinez and May Gebin; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday at Pahoa Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 7 a.m. Saturday at the church.
