» The last name of "Hawaii Five-0" locations manager Timmy Chinn was misspelled in a Page G3 story Sunday.

» A May 28 obituary on Page B8 on jewelry retailer Paul Kurata contained several errors. Also, he studied guitar at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, not the New York Conservatory of Music.
