» The Makani Kai Air plane that crashed off Molokai on Dec. 11 had nine people on board, not 10 as was reported in a Page A17 article Friday. Also, the National Transportation Safety Board's preliminary report said one passenger (Loretta Fuddy) was "fatally injured." The story paraphrased the report as saying Fuddy died as a result of her injuries after getting out of the plane. The official cause of death for Fuddy has not been released, pending an investigation.
