» A Monday Page A1 headline promoting a Today section article misspelled the name of the hono­hono orchid.

» Brent Shimokawa is head coach of ‘Iolani's varsity baseball team. A Page C6 article Friday gave a different name.

» Tora Flight Adventures Club and pilot John Wei­ser, whose plane crashed on a private Molo­kai ranch on Feb. 27, paid a $15,000 Federal Aviation Administration fine in 2010 for running air tours without proper certification. Stories on Page B1 Thursday and B2 Saturday said they paid a $50,000 fine, which was the amount initially assessed by the FAA in 2007 but later reduced.
