He is survived by wife Helen G.; son Rogelio "Roger" Jr.; daughters Michelle L. Acpal, Melissa Ann A. Haggard and Melanie Ann M. Acpal; brothers Teodorico "Ted," Artenio "Timmy" and Alfred; sisters Caroline Tacotaco, Carmelita Hispshire and Josefina "Josie" Salvador; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
