Lanai deer hunting applications available Monday

Application forms for the 2011 Lanai Axis deer hunting season will be available at all Division of Forestry and Wildlife offices beginning Monday, the Department of Land and Natural Resources announced.
The application deadline is Dec. 3.
The 2011 hunting season will be held in three phases from Feb. 19 through May 15:
>> Archery, Feb. 19-26.
>> Muzzeloading, March 5-6 and 12-13.
>> General rifle hunt, nine consecutive weekends from March 19 through May 15.
