Wahine fall to Eastern Michigan in basketball

Senior guard Megan Tinnin scored 17 points and junior forward Breanna Arbuckle finished with a double-double but it wasn't enough as Hawaii fell to Eastern Michigan 83-67 today in a Jack in the Box Rainbow Wahine classic basketball tournament game at the Stan Sheriff Center.

Arbuckle had 16 points and 10 rebounds for the Rainbow Wahine (1-1). Tinnin hit five 3-pointers, tying her career high.

Sydney Huntley led the Eagles (2-2) with 23 points and Tavelyn James added 21. 

Hawaii finishes the tournament against Oregon State tomorrow at 5 p.m.
