Hawaii falls in 5 at UCSD in men's volleyball

Jonas Umlauft had 27 kills and Joshua Walker added 12 but it was not enough as No. 11 Hawaii lost to No. 15 UC San Diego tonight 25-23, 16-25, 20-25, 25-23, 15-8 in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation men's volleyball match in La Jolla, Calif..

It was the third time this season that the Warriors had dropped a five-setter. 

Hawaii dropped to 1-5, 1-2 MPSF. The Tritons improved to 3-5 and 2-2. 

The teams meet again tomorrow at the RIMAC Arena.
