Police arrest 12-year-old boy for allegedly using knife to threaten 2 kids in Kaimuki

Honolulu police arrested a 12-year-old boy who allegedly pulled a knife on a 12-year-old girl and 7-year-old boy Tuesday afternoon in Kaimuki.
Police said the 12-year-old boy confronted the girl and the younger boy on a sidewalk, brandished a knife and threatened them at about 2:40 p.m. Police said there was no apparent reason for the threats.
The girl and younger boy fled on foot. Officers located and arrested the 12-year-old suspect.
