Warriors tied for ninth in volleyball poll

The Hawaii men's volleyball team moved up a spot into a tie for ninth in today's AVCA Coaches Top 15 poll.

The Warriors (3-6, 3-3 MPSF) split their conference matches last week with UC Santa Barbara. The Gauchos dropped a spot to No. 7. Hawaii is tied with Penn State, which dropped from No. 8.

USC (6-0) remained the unanimous No. 1 pick, with Brigham Young (8-2) and Long Beach State (6-3) tied for second. Stanford (8-2) dropped two spots to No. 4 followed by UCLA (7-5), Ohio State (6-2), Ohio State (6-2), UCSB (6-5) and UC Irvine (5-6).
