By Star-Advertiser staff

Police arrested a 26-year-old Aiea man who allegedly grabbed a 21-year-old woman by the neck and dragged her to the ground yesterday.

The two were arguing at about 1:20 p.m. when the man allegedly grabbed the woman by the neck and dragged her to the ground.

The woman went to her vehicle and sat in the driver's seat when the man allegedly reached inside the open door and held her in a head-lock, police said.

The woman suffered pain to her knee and neck, police said.

Officers located the man 50 minutes later at his home and arrested him on suspicion of abuse of a household member, a misdemeanor, and first-degree unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, a Class C felony.
