Police arrest man on stolen mo-ped

Police arrested a 52-year-old man wanted on suspicion of terroristic threatening after spotting him on a stolen mo-ped yesterday afternoon.
According to police, the suspect threatened a 62-year-old man in the Ala Moana area but left before officers arrived.
Officers spotted him in the area and pulled him oven.
It was then discovered that mo-ped on which he was riding was stolen, police said.
He was arrested for second-degree terroristic threatening and unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.
