Tradewinds return tomorrow, but won't stick around

Another day of haze with light and variable winds is predicted for today, with cooling tradewinds returning tomorrow.
But, the National Weather Service calls the return of the northeast winds a "tease," that "is not expected to strengthen much or stick around for too long."
Another weather system is moving towards the islands and may bring rain to Kauai late Wednesday and the rest of the islands on Thursday.
