Warriors sweep 49ers for six straight volleyball win

Jonas Umlauft put down 22 kills and Joshua Walker added 14 to lead No. 10 Hawaii to a 25-23, 27-25, 25-17 win over host Long Beach State in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation men's volleyball match tonight.

It was the sixth consecutive win for the Warriors (12-9, 10-6), moving them into a tie for third with Brigham Young in the MPSF. Hawaii travesl to BYU for matches next Friday and Saturday.

Jim Baughman led the 4934s (10-10, 8-7) with 14 kills and Punahou product Taylor Crabb added 11.
