Boys arrested following Kapalama purse snatch

Two 15-year-old boys were arrested for second-degree theft yesterday after they allegedly stole a woman's purse that had been sitting in her chair in the Kapalama area, police said.
The boys allegedly took the purse at 1 p.m. yesterday and ran away. They were arrested 25 minutes later, police said.
