Kamehameha Highway traffic contraflowed due to crash

Police briefly contraflowed traffic along Kamehameha Highway in the Kualoa Ranch area following a crash this afternoon.
Firefighters and police responded to the 49-000 block of Kamehameha Highway about 4:25 p.m.
All lanes were later reopened.
A vehicle apparent ran off the roadway, according to initial police reports.
An Emergency Medical Services supervisor said two patients were taken to the hospital in serious condition.
