Police say man punched neighbor in Kalihi garage

Police arrested a 31-year-old man who allegedly punched a neighbor during an argument while drinking in the garage of his neighbor’s Kalihi home.
Police said a 48-year-old man was drinking alcohol with co-workers when the suspect dropped by and joined them. The 31-year-old man got into an argument with his neighbor and allegedly punched him several times, breaking the victim’s nose at about 8:10 p.m. Monday night.
Police located the suspect at his home and arrested him on suspicion of second-degree assault.
