Man arrested for allegedly hitting Waianae neighbor with beer bottle, threatening with knife

A 39-year-old man allegedly hit his 23-year-old neighbor in the head with a beer bottle and threatened him with a knife during a neighborhood dispute in Waianae Saturday night, police said.
Family members subdued the suspect until police arrived and arrested him for investigation of second-degree assault and first-degree terroristic threatening.
The alleged assault occurred at 7:55 p.m. Saturday.
