Officer threatened with machete during traffic stop

A 25-year-old Ewa Beach man threatened a police officer with a machete after being pulled over for a traffic violation this morning in Ewa Beach, police said.
The man was arrested at the scene at 8:09 a.m. on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening. He was released pending investigation.
