Police arrest Waikiki robbery suspect

A 26-year-old man with a mainland address was arrested after allegedly robbing a woman in Waikiki near Honolulu Zoo early Tuesday morning.
Police said the man approached the woman and apparently had a gun. No weapon was found when officers arrested him at Cartwright Road and Kapahulu Avenue, police said.
The suspect is being held pending a charge of first-degree robbery.
