Man, 69, nearly drowns in Ala Moana pool

A 69-year-old man was in critical condition Saturday after nearly drowning at a swimming pool in the Ala Moana area.
Paramedics were dispatched about 9:25 a.m. and took the man to the hospital, an Emergency Medical Services supervisor said.
