Police arrest man in Manoa for car break-in

Honolulu police arrested a 20-year-old homeless man Tuesday for allegedly breaking into a car near Manoa District Park.
The suspect was seen rummaging through a car by its owner who called police.
The suspect fled, but was located by police on Ahualani Place where he was arrested at 5 p.m. for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.
