City to test Hauula emergency siren today

The city Department of Emergency Management will test an outdoor warning siren at Hauula Beach Park between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. today.
City officials said the test is being conducted to ensure that the siren is operating at full power.
Nearby residents and businesses may hear the steady siren tone during the test and should not be alarmed, officials said.
