Crash knocks down utility pole in Makiki

Honolulu Police closed Thurston Avenue in Makiki early this morning between Wilder Avenue and Magazine Street after a crash knocked down a utility pole.
Police closed the road at about 4:30 a.m. There was no word this morning on how long repairs would last.
No serious injuries were reported.
