3 people arrested in Kahaluu home invasion robbery

Police arrested two women and a man in connection with a home invasion robbery Wednesday in Kahaluu.
Robbers broke into a 52-year-old man's home about 2:30 p.m. and used a dangerous instrument to steal his belongings, police said.
The robbers held the man against his will until he was able to escape.
Police found the three alleged assailants - the women, 24 and 37, and the man, 35 - in Kalihi soon after and booked them on suspicion of robbery and kidnapping.
The victim's belongings and the weapon were recovered.
