A video of a photo op with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in Hawaii is going viral.

Clinton had just finished shaking hands with Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang and was posing for photographers at sunset Saturday in Waikiki when a shirtless torch bearer wearing a blue malo (loincloth) ran behind her during the nightly torch-lighting ceremony at the Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel.

Photographers began chuckling when they noticed the man; Clinton turned around just in time to see him.

Clinton clasped her hands together and burst out laughing.

“That was great, I hope you all captured that,” she told photographers.

The secretary of state put her hand on Tsang’s shoulder and said, “People will wonder what the chief executive is doing.”

Clinton was in Hawaii for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation conference.

Hilton spokeswoman Dara Young said the shirtless man was Chester Centino, 24, a Tihati Productions dancer and Farrington High School graduate, who also performs at the hotel’s luau. Ninety torches are lit every night on the Hawaiian Village property, Young said.

The video, titled Hillary Clinton's Hawaiian Surprise, is posted on the State Department's East Asia and Pacific media hub YouTube channel and generated more than 515,000 views as of early this afternoon.

Nice to witness the Secretary of State in a relaxed state, rather than with a somber official face, enjoying the lighter moment of the meeting with a Chief Executive from Hong Kong. Loved it.

Oh HIllary those lonely lonely nights away from Bubba is catching up to you. That was just Keala doing his daily torch lighting. It's been awhile, huh.

We all have moments that bring out the truth in our lives. Here we have a situation where Hillie has been "caught in the act" and her surprise exultation of "people wonder what the Chief Executive's been doing" is, sort of well you know, a subliminal snapshot of the "memories of her mind", which may really know what happened during the happenings in the White House will Bill Clinton.

Your comment makes zero sense for people like myself that are not on drugs. Would you try to elaborate once more please? I know you went through a lot of effort to try to get some sort of message across to non-drug users, my apologies if you are an exchange student.

Hillary Clinton and Donald Tsang wanted a little light on the subject while they were conversing. It could have been a Kodak moment if the man's lava-lava fell off.

At least she got to see something Hawaiian, albeit a very modern innovation. Most APECerz didn't get to see culture -- no leis, no aloha shirts, no paddlers on the Ala Wai, `Iolani Palace locked up, etc.,etc.etc....
