Police arrest man for alleged robbery of friend

Police arrested a 20-year-old Waikiki man for allegedly robbing and assaulting an acquaintance last weekend.
Police said the suspect and 28-year-old male victim are friends and on Saturday the suspect took money by force from his friend and fled.
On Monday, the suspect saw the victim and assaulted him again, police said. Two hours later, the victim saw the suspect and called police, who arrested the 20-year-old man in Waikiki for investigation of second-degree robbery and third-degree assault.
