Kamehameha Highway reopened in Laie

Honolulu police reopened Kamehameha Highway in both directions in Laie at about 11:45 a.m.
Police closed the highway at about 8:53 a.m. because of low hanging telephone wires, dispatchers said.
Traffic was diverted around the area on Lanihuli Street.
