Officers arrest sister in baseball bat 'discipline'

Officers arrested a 30-year-old Kalihi woman Thursday after she allegedly "disciplined" her younger brother and sister with a wooden baseball bat last month, police said.
The incident occurred Jan. 19 and a 14-year-old boy suffered "substantial injury," police said. The younger sister, 11, had "bodily injury," according to the arrest report.
The woman turned herself into police Thursday morning on two counts of second-degree assault.
