Man arrested for allegedly making sexual comments online to girl

Police arrested a 45-year-old Waikiki man was who allegedly exchanged sexual comments online with a 13-year-old girl from Durango, Colo.
Police said the man communicated with the girl online from his Waikiki apartment Wednesday morning.
Officers arrested him at 8 a.m. for investigation of second-degree promoting child abuse and a federal warrant.
