Japanese tourist drowns while diving off Heeia Kea

A visitor from Japan apparently drowned after diving off a tour boat in waters off Heeia Kea Pier late this morning.
Paramedics and fire rescue personnel met the boat at the pier about 11:13 a.m., and the victim, a 57-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
